Faced with this situation, the City Council of Bilbao and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia are supporting the creation of the NETWORK of AGENCIES in BILBAO and BIZKAIA, consisting of firms and organisations that are committed to the achievement of better time management and the reconciliation of work and family and personal life.

  • To ensure the reconciliation of work and family and personal life is part of Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • To make employees feel part of their company’s "capital".
  • To foster satisfaction among the workforce.
  • To drive a greater presence of women, as they are the ones who find it most difficult to access the labour market and remain in it.
  • To make sure that current regulations on quality also tackle this issue.
  • To ensure the company complies with current legislation, which may benefit its dealings with other organisations, the authorities and customers.
